Community Guidelines

Everyone is someone. Treat the person behind the profile with care.

Updated September 18, 2026

An adult community

Someone is for people age 18 or older. Users under 18 may not create or use an account. Be truthful about eligibility; accounts found to belong to under-18 users may be restricted or removed.

Respect people

Disagree with ideas without harassment, humiliation or intimidation. No threats, stalking or repeated unwanted contact. Consent can be withdrawn; respect a decline, a block and a request for space.

Be authentic

Represent yourself and any organization honestly. Do not impersonate people, invent affiliations or use fake engagement to manufacture credibility. A verified badge or Pro status is never a reason to ignore warning signs.

Do not exploit or deceive

No sexual exploitation, trafficking, exploitation of minors, fraud or scams. Do not pressure anyone into financial, sexual or professional arrangements. Illegal content and services have no place here.

Contribute without manipulation

No spam, coordinated manipulation, malicious automation or deceptive fundraising. Respect intellectual property and give credit without assuming credit replaces permission.

When something goes wrong

Use available block and report controls when signed-in features are enabled. Read Safety for practical guidance and Moderation and Appeals for reporting limitations. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Content may be removed and accounts restricted. Repeated or severe violations may lead to suspension or termination. The Acceptable Use Policy sets out the formal prohibitions.
