Post only content you own or have permission or another lawful basis to use. Attribution alone does not create permission. Respect copyright, trademarks and other intellectual-property rights. You retain ownership of your own content, subject to the limited operating license in Terms.
Preparing a complaint
For an alleged copyright or trademark violation, identify the work or mark, your authority to act, the exact public URLs or other identifiers of the disputed material, and how it infringes the right claimed. Provide claimant contact information and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or law. State that your information is accurate.
Send copyright or trademark complaints to copyright@followsomeone.com with the information above. Do not post private claimant details publicly. This is a general intellectual-property reporting channel.
Review and repeated infringement
Someone may remove infringing material or restrict accounts. Repeated infringement may lead to suspension or termination. A complaint does not automatically establish infringement.
Designated agent and counter-notices
A formal DMCA designated-agent registration has not been verified for Someone. This page describes general copyright reporting preparation, not a registered-agent notice service. No formal counter-notice submission procedure is currently offered. Reconsideration availability is described in Moderation and Appeals.
