Arrange submission
Authorized government and law-enforcement agencies may contact Someone at lawenforcement@followsomeone.com to arrange submission of lawful legal process. This is not a dedicated secure portal. Merely sending an email does not itself establish valid legal service.
Types of requests
Requests may include preservation requests, subpoenas, court orders, warrants, emergency requests and other lawful process. Each requires evaluation for legal sufficiency, scope and jurisdiction; a request alone does not guarantee disclosure or preservation.
Identify the requesting agency and official, official contact details, applicable legal authority, specific accounts or public links, relevant date range, records sought and any lawful confidentiality requirement. Minimize unrelated personal information.
Preservation and disclosure
Preservation and disclosure are distinct. A preservation request should identify the relevant records and lawful basis; disclosure requires an appropriate legal basis. Someone cannot promise records exist or can be recovered. Merely sending an email does not itself establish valid legal service.
Emergencies
Contact the relevant emergency services for immediate danger. Any emergency disclosure request must explain the nature and immediacy of the risk and the information sought. Someone does not offer a continuously monitored emergency channel or emergency dispatch.
Privacy
