If there is immediate danger
Contact local emergency services. Someone is not an emergency dispatch service and does not promise emergency monitoring or immediate responses.
Block, report and limit contact
When enabled, blocking prevents covered interactions and message access. Use available reporting tools for profiles and posts, including replies, and keep the relevant public links and context. Registration and signed-in safety actions are currently unavailable. See Moderation and Appeals for reporting limitations.
Message requests, when messaging is available
A pending sender can send up to three messages before acceptance. The recipient can Accept, Delete or Block a request. There are no read receipts before request acceptance.
Message privacy choices are Everyone, People I follow, Subscribers and Nobody. Subscribers settings can allow active subscribers to skip requests. Basic message privacy controls do not require Someone Pro. These controls do not override a block. Messaging is currently unavailable.
Scams and suspicious contact
Check identities and claims independently. Be cautious with unexpected financial requests, urgent offers, suspicious links, attachments and requests for passwords or verification codes. Never share payment credentials in posts or messages.
A profile, verified status or paid plan does not guarantee trustworthiness or professional qualifications. Confirm hiring terms, provider details and payment destinations independently. Hire and payment checkout are not currently available through Someone.
Harassment and personal privacy
Respect boundaries and stop unwanted contact. Keep home addresses, live location and other sensitive information private. Preserve relevant evidence safely; do not repost abusive material or expose another person’s private information.
Meeting offline
If you choose to meet someone offline, consider a public place, your own transport and telling a trusted person your plans. A social or professional connection does not create an obligation to meet.
Meet may hand off to Go Find Someone only when that integration is available and explicitly enabled by the profile owner. It does not automatically expose private dating status. The integration is currently unavailable.
Non-emergency help
Report non-emergency safety concerns to safety@followsomeone.com. Someone is not an emergency-response service. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Someone is for people age 18 or older. If you believe an account belongs to someone under 18, report the relevant profile and concern without publicly sharing sensitive information.
