No active Someone checkout
Someone does not currently offer live Pro billing, subscription checkout, Hire, Pay or Paid Access purchases. There is no active Someone purchase to cancel through these pages. This does not change any rights under applicable law.
Future purchases
If paid services become available, the relevant price, renewal, cancellation and refund terms must be shown before purchase. This page does not create a blanket no-refund rule or promise a refund outcome for a future product.
External charges and questions
A charge from a separate provider or linked product is governed by that provider’s applicable terms and process. Identify the merchant shown on the receipt or statement. For an unexpected or unauthorized charge, contact the payment provider using its verified channel.
