Trump says Hegseth is number one target for impeachment
“I'm waiting for the real response now sometime today or tomorrow. Right? And just finally, because I know you've got to go. Pete Hegseth, a lot of talk of the Democrats impeaching him. What do you think? Yeah, look, other than Trump himself, I think Hegseth is the number one target. And I don't think the Democrats are going to wait. In fact, a Republican who is now leaving Congress had a resolution of impeachment already introduced against Hegseth. That could come up in the way.” — Donald Trump, Sky News, 4 Nov 2026
