Someone Pro billing
Paid Someone Pro subscriptions can be managed or canceled through the Stripe billing portal linked from /pro. The portal shows the subscription and cancellation details. Creator subscription checkout, Hire payments, Pay and Paid Access purchases remain unavailable. This does not change any rights under applicable law.
Future purchases
The relevant price, renewal and cancellation details are shown before a Someone Pro purchase. Contact support@followsomeone.com for a refund request. This page does not create a blanket no-refund rule or guarantee a refund outcome.
External charges and questions
A charge from a separate provider or linked product is governed by that provider’s applicable terms and process. Identify the merchant shown on the receipt or statement. For an unexpected or unauthorized charge, contact the payment provider using its verified channel.
